Additionally, if the target is a creature, it must make a Wisdom saving throw, potentially falling

.

Critical Success (+10). The target is unaffected.
Success. The target gains 1 level of Exhaustion until the end of your next turn, then the spell ends.
Failure. The target falls Asleep until this spell ends.
Critical Failure (–10). As failure, except the target also gains 1 level of Exhaustion for 1 minute after this spell ends.


At Higher Levels: Increase the damage by 1d8 for each spell level increase.
